Return And Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop at Rajasekar Mart . Our focus is a complete customer satisfaction. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for initiating a return. In the event, if any customer displeased with our product or service, Rajasekar Mart will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation with our return policy.
Note: The policy will be applicable only if there is a full opening video of the box.
Customer can return a product back to us provided customer have taken care that customer have not tampered with it or mishandled it. The product should be is saleable condition with the original packaging & accessories.

Return Request Period: In the event that you wish to make a return, please submit a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. (if any products damage/ missing) Any requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us with an unboxing video showing the damage. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.
Missing Items: Should any items be absent from your order, please share an unboxing video displaying the remaining items. Kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will examine the situation and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the missing item(s).
Exchange for Wrong/ Damage/ Missing Product: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, please note that the shipping charges for returning the item and for the replacement item will be customer responsibility. Please contact our customer support team for further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:
a. Damaged or Defective Products: Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the provided unboxing video, we will proceed with the refund process.
b. Missing Items: If we are unable to provide the missing item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued for the respective item(s) provided given unboxing video displaying remaining items.
Original Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, should be included.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be customer responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent). We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
Rejection/Denial of Parcel Policy:
If order is prepaid and customer rejects or denies accepting the parcel after it has been dispatched or did not accept, receive or collect the parcel or return the parcel after it has been dispatched, then forward shipping charges, reverse shipping charges and packing charges as mentioned below will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
If a customer rejects or denies accepting the parcel after it has been dispatched, the following deductions will apply:
a. Shipping Charge : 2 times of original shipping charge will be deducted (this includes the cost of both forward and reverse shipping)
b. Packing Charge: 10% of the product value will be deducted as a packing charge.
Refund Process: Once customer return is received by us and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 Days from such approved date.
The return will be processed only if:
1) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in customer possession
2) The products is not different from what was shipped to customer
3) The Product is returned in its original condition
4) Customer must take an unboxing video.
The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged and is with the original packaging and with the receipt/Invoice. Only when the product will reach our premises, we will refund the amount to the customer after carefull inspection done by our team as following the above return policies.
To avoid any transist damage, while returning the product, the customer should ensure that the product is packed original quality in the original packaging or cardboard box (corrugated box) to avoid any damage happened during transist and to get the refund amount in full without any deductions for damaged products.
In case customer feel that the product received is not as shown on our website or as per customer expectations, customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. If order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable within 3 working days.
If order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from customer account, then customer paid amount will be automatically refunded back to customer card or account whichever is applicable.
